A person’s Life Path number is found after the numbers from their birth date are added together in a specific sequence. The Life Path number will give you an insight into your personality, as well as telling you about your future potential.
The Life Path number is established by taking the number from your month of birth, the number from the day of your birth, and then adding the two to your year of birth. Once you have this number you need to reduce the four digit number to a single digit.
For example, if you were born on June 6, 1953 (6-6-1953), you would calculate 6+6+1953. This would equal 1965. You’d then need to calculate 1+9+6+5, which would give you 21. Your Life Path number will be 3 because you will need to add 2+1. If somebody was born on December 17, 1981, you would calculate 12+17+1981. This would equal 2001. You’d then need to calculate 2+0+0+1, which would give you a Life Path number of 3.

The ‘Master Numbers’ are 11, 22, and 33. If you’re one of these numbers then you’re someone who also has an additional Path Life number. A number 11 will also be a 2, a 22 will also be a 4, and a 33 will also be a 6. If you were born on January 14, 1978 (14-1-1978), you would calculate 14+1+1978. This would equal 1993. You’d then need to calculate 1+9+9+3, which would give you a Life Path number of 22/4.
